Sales & marketing to existing design offices, general construction companies, developers, etc.

Designers

Plan & design of void-slab

CAD operators (JWCAD)

Preparation of drawings and working diagram for void-slab

Site workers of void-slab

Installation work of Styrofoam, and etc. in the course of void-slab construction method at main construction sites of residential condominium buildings.

Registered architect with a first & second -class license
Registered structural architect with a first-class license

■ Qualification Requirement

Higher than high school graduate
Driving license (normal car, and AT available)
Basic PC skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)

■ Working Place

Headquarters Ashina-dai 2-16-12, Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima Prefecture

■ Working hours

9:00 to 17:00 （Site workers of void-slab 8:00 to 17:00）

■ Salary, Promotion, and Bonus

Salary : To be discussed (Decided in accordance with experience and skill. Salary at the current employer is also considered)
Promotion : Available once per a year
Bonus : Available twice per a year (Incentive in accordance with financial results of Daisun is also available)

■ Day-offs

Two days per a week (Saturdays and Sundays)
Site workers of void-slab will have day-offs according to on-site work schedule.

Preparation of various marketing tools, proposals, and contracts

Engineers

The functions in the fields of electric & civil engineering & construction as described below;
Site survey, Measurement, Proposal and planning of facilities, Preparation and review of working diagram, Preparation of report about safety, process control, and maintenance after completion
